工廠現有員工500余人,其中技術人員100余人,約占公司總員工的20%。公司主營產品為瞬變抑制系列二管，整流系列二管、快恢復系列二管、肖特基系列二管、高壓系列二管、開關系列二管、穩壓系列二管、橋堆、二管粒子、半導體功率二管、半導體功率晶閘管、汽車整流器二管以及各種模切產品、粘膠產品、各種膠帶、各種印刷產品等半導體器件，年生產能力15億支。
