XGW系列微機控制環剛度試驗機采用機械加荷、電子測量、數字連續調速,應用微型單片機進行實時控制。廣泛應用于具有環形橫截面的熱塑性塑料管材和玻璃鋼管環剛度的測定,滿足PE雙臂波紋管、纏繞管和各種管材標準的要求。該機對試驗力、位移、速度同時進行數字顯示,并有試驗力峰值保持功能。適用于塑料管材環柔、環剛度、扁平、焊縫拉伸、管材蠕變比率等試驗。并具備電子試驗機的功能,可以作拉伸、壓縮、彎曲等試驗。是工礦企業、科研院所、大專院校、商檢仲裁、技術監督等部門的理想檢測設備。

1、 閉環控制:采用松下電機和伺服系統,的調速系統使試驗速度實現閉環、自動控制;
2、軟件系統:采用WindowsXP中文平臺下的人機對話操作,操作簡單,數據準確;開放式軟件,可以根據客戶的個性化要求,出具不同的實驗和參數。
3、 實驗數據和曲線可以存儲、分析、打印和調閱:通過計算機,自動求取試驗力、斷裂強度、屈服強度、拉強度、彎曲撓度、彈性模量、伸長率等參數,并對試驗結果自動存儲;
4、可繪制多種實驗曲線:力-伸長、應力-時間、力-時間、伸長-時間等各種曲線,并具備曲線局部放大、分析和多個試樣曲線可用不同顏色迭加、對比等功能。

Produ introduion:
XGW series microcomputer control ring stiffness tester adopts mechanical loading, eleronic measurement and dial continuous speed control, and the microchip microcontroller is used for real-time control.
It is widely used in the determination of the ring stiffness of thermoplastic tubing and gl tube with circular cross seion, which meets the requirements of PE arms bellows, winding pipe and various pipe material standards.
The test force, displacement and speed of the machine are displayed simultaneously, and the test force peak retention funion.
It is applicable to the test of plastic pipe ring, ring stiffness, flat, weld tensile and tube ratio.
It has all the funions of eleronic universal testing machine, such as stretching, compression and bending.
