低溫冷水機保養注意事項 Maintenance Notices 1、 定期檢查冷媒量，運行中指示低壓應在3.5 Kg /cm2以上。 Check the cooling medium quantity regularly, the low pressure should be above 3.5 Kg /cm2 when running. 2、 若為半封閉式壓縮機，要定期檢查油量，正常應在窗口的2/3以上。 If the compressor is semi-closed, check the oil quantity regularly and it should be more than 2/3 of the window normally. 3、 每隔六個月刷洗冷凝管。 Clean the condenser every 6 months. 4、 每隔三個月清洗冷卻水塔。 Clean the cooling water tower every 3 months. 5、 冷卻水質不良，請加裝Y型過濾器。 Install Y-type filter if the quality of cooling water is not good. 6、 請勿封閉冰水管路循環，不得與其它管路共享。 Do not block the circulation of ice water pipeline and not share with other pipelines. 7、 冷卻水塔可加殺藻劑和除垢劑，防防止青苔和水垢。 Algicide and cleaner can be added to the cooling water tower. 8、 冰水系統每隔三個月更換新水，若無法更換請加除銹劑。 Change the water of ice water system every 3 months. If not possible, please add rust remover. 9、 若為氣冷式請定期清洗過濾網。 Clean the filter regularly if the chiller is air-cooling. 10、 本機使用R-22冷媒(CHCIF)，請勿私自添加冷媒。 This machine uses R-22 cooling medium (CHCIF), please DONOT add the medium by yourself. 11、 故障產生請依故障指示燈檢查系統，如無法排除故障，請來電聯系。 Follow the indicator light to check the system if malfunction occurs. If not able to solve, please call us. ※ 附注：冷凝器管路的清洗方法 ※ Annotations: Cleaning method of condenser pipeline (1)．切斷電源開關。 Cut the power supply. (2)．關閉冷卻水進出口球閥。 Turn off the ball valve of cooling water inlet and outlet. (3)．拆下冷凍機前面板。 Dismantle the front panel of the chiller. (4)．將固定螺絲拆開，卸下圓形蓋板，可見銅管。請使用銅刷來回清通即可。 Take the fixe
