高計量皮帶秤

一、概述

JD系列型高計量皮帶秤，采用全懸浮稱重結構，動太累計誤差小于±0。25%，適用于對產品生產過程控制和產量及瞬時流量累計的監控作用。適用于冶金、水泥、礦山、煤炭、火力發電，港口糧食妙建材等行業散狀物料的計量。

二、組成

JD型系列計量皮帶秤組成，三組或多組托輥秤重加，高傳感器，測速編碼器，900K皮帶秤控制顯示器。

三、原理

JD型計量皮帶秤，稱重橋架可以直接安裝在各種不同寬度的皮帶輸送機架內，由多個傳感器把秤架托起，全懸浮結構。秤架采用特厚方管設計，有足夠的剛性和自身重量，保證事個秤架的穩定性，該稱重橋架適應皮帶寬度400~2200mm寬，輸送速度0。1~4m/s。

JD Metering belt conveyor scale of high precision series adopting fully levitated weighing with dynamic accumulated error less than ±0.25％ is used to monitor the process control of production, production output and integrating instant flow, applicable to the metering of loose stock in the industries like metallurgy, cement, mine, coal, thermal power and port grain, construction material and the like.

JD Metering belt conveyor belt series components, 3 sets or more supporting roller weighing frame, sensor of high precision, speed metering encoder, 900K belt conveyor scale control monitor.

III. Principle

The weighing bridge of the JD Metering belt conveyor scale series can be directly installed in the belt conveyors of different widths, several sensors support the scale frame and the fully levitated structure is adopted. The design of square tube of extra thickness is adopted for the scale frame, by which it’s equipped with enough rigidity and self weight to provide the stability for the entire scale frame, and the weighing bridge of which is suitable for the belt width ranging from 400-200mm, the speed ranging from 0.1-4m/s.
