1、BXK-6K/XX爆控制箱一般均為復合型結構，由外殼采用增安型結構，內裝元件采用隔爆型元件或增安型的元件，或一個隔爆型主腔內裝各種元件，或兩種結構結合成一體：外殼采用ZL102鋁合金壓鑄成型，表面高壓靜電噴塑，不銹鋼外露緊固件。BXK-6K/XX爆控制箱內裝的元件有按鈕、控制開關、儀表、繼電器、或各種功能模塊，其中按鈕、控制開關、電流表和電壓表均為爆元件，控制箱內部元件可根據用戶的要求進行排列，可實現多種功能，控制開關有多種功能可供選擇。指示燈也有多種顏色可供選擇，由于該產品變化多端，訂貨時請提供線路圖。
