壽命測(cè)試

Life Test

負(fù)荷：在負(fù)荷的條件下以每分鐘25-30回的頻率進(jìn)行100,000次的負(fù)荷測(cè)試;

Aswitch shall be subjeed to 100.000 cycles at a speed of 25-30 cycles for 1 min

接觸電阻不能過(guò)100毫歐,Conta resistance shall be 100mΩMax其他滿足于機(jī)械,電器性能Mechanical and elerical charaeristics shall be satisfied

耐熱試驗(yàn)

Heat Test

放置在溫度85&plun;2℃中測(cè)試96小時(shí)后,再放置常溫中1小時(shí)來(lái)測(cè)定.

The switch shall be stored at a temperature of 85&plun;2℃for96 hours,

Then the switch shall be maintained at standard atmospheric condition for 1 hour after which  measurement shall be made

外觀無(wú)異常

,能滿足于機(jī)械,電器性能

There shall be no defomation or cracks in molded part

耐冷試驗(yàn)

Cold Test

放置在溫度-20&plun;3℃中測(cè)試96小時(shí)后,再放置常溫中1小時(shí)來(lái)測(cè)定.

The switch shall be stored at a temperature of -20&plun;3℃for96 hours,

Then the switch shall be maintained at standard atmospheric condition for 1 hour after which  measurement shall be made

潮濕試驗(yàn)

Humidity Test

放置在溫度40&plun;2℃相對(duì)濕度為90%-96%環(huán)境中96小時(shí)后,再放置常溫中1小時(shí)來(lái)測(cè)定.

The switch shall be stored at a temperature of40&plun;2℃and a humidity of 90%-96% for 96 hours,

Then the switch shall be maintained at standard atmospheric condition for 1 hour after which  measurement shall be made
