1 概述 /SCOPE
本規格書適合于 BYV型號的開關電源。
The purpose of the document is to the specify the funional requirements of JKV switching power supply.
2．輸入特性/ INPUT CHARAERISTICS:
2.1 輸入電壓/ Input Voltage
額定輸入電壓/ Rated Input Voltage: 100-240Vac
可變輸入電壓/Variable input voltage : 90V—264Vac
2.2 輸入電流/Input Current:
當輸入額定電壓 帶額定負載時，的輸入交流電流 0.5A

2.3 輸入頻率/ Input Frequency
額定頻率/Rate Frequency:50/60Hz
調整頻率/ Variation Frequency: 47-63Hz
2.4 浪涌電流/In-rush Current:
當輸出為額定負載，環境溫度為25℃,輸入240Vac冷啟動時的浪涌電流為60A。

3.5 紋波和噪音/ Ripple And Noise
測試條件：在額定電壓及額定電流條件下，使用帶寬為20MHz的示波器連接到開關
電源的輸出端，同時輸出端并聯一個47UF的電解電容和一個0.1UF的瓷片電容。
Under Rated voltage and nominal load ,The ripple and noise are as follows when measure with Max Bandwidth of20MHz and parallel 47UF/0.1, crossed conneed at testing point.

3.6 啟動延遲時間/ Turn On Delay Time:
當輸入100Vac 和輸出負載時 ，啟動時間為2S

4. 保護功能/ PROTEION FUNION:
4.1 短路電路保護/Short circuit proteion:
電源供給器在短路解除后能正常恢復工作。
The Power Supply will be auto recovered when short circuit faults remove.
4.2 過流保護/ Over current Proteion:
過流故障排除后，電源將自動回復正常工作。
The power supply will be auto recovered when over current faults remove.
4.3 過壓保護/ Over Voltage Proteion:
當輸出電壓過額定電壓的120%-150%時，電源將保護，故障排除后能恢復正常工作。
The power supply will auto recovered when the voltage over 120%-150% rate voltage.

0℃ -- +40℃,滿載，正常工作。

5.2 儲存溫度/Storage temperature

在測試過程中不能出現性損壞.
No permanent damage occur during testing.
在電源開啟和關閉后，樣機能夠恢復到初條件。

6 . 機械特性/ MECHANICAL CHARAERISTICS
6.1 跌落實驗/ Dropping Testing ，
產品從一米高處跌落到木板上傷。
The produ to be dropped from 1 meter height to a concrete floor no breakage。
6.2 搖擺實驗/Cable Flexing Testing
DC引線重200克， 搖擺角60度，少能承受2000次，彎曲速度每分40次，不會出現損傷。
The DC cord shall with weight of 200g,it swings at angle 60 deg ,2000cycle
Time min Bending speed: 40cycle per minute shall to be no breakage to the code
7. 標準SAFETY STANDARD ,
7.1 :合標準 EN60950，GB8898。
Safety Accord with EN60950，GB8898。
7.2 高壓/ DIELERIC STRENGTH Hi-Pot
初級對次級/ Primary to secondary, 3000Vac/5mA/5s.
初級對蓋子/Primary to Case ,500Vac/5mA/60s.
7.3 緣阻/ Insulation resistance:
初級對次級/ Primary to secondary :100MΩ Min at 500V DC
7.4 要求通過雷擊1KV/Surge immunity with 1KV.
